Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
We build software applications and integrations ("Apps") that connect to third-party platforms and services on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you install or use our Apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our Apps and to this website. By installing or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.
What Information the App Collects
We collect only the information we need to provide our Apps. Account and profile information: when you connect an App to a platform, we may receive basic profile details from that platform, such as your name, username, email address, and account or workspace identifiers. Content you authorize us to access: our Apps operate on the data inside the account or workspace you connect — the records, items, lists, and other content the App needs to read or update to perform its function — and we access only what the features you use require. Access credentials: to connect to a platform on your behalf, we securely store the access token the platform issues when you authorize our App; we never receive or store your platform password. Technical and usage data: we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, log data, and date/time stamps, along with information about how you interact with our Apps, such as pages viewed and features used. We use cookies and similar technologies (including log files and pixels) for this; to learn more about cookies and how to disable them, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and their features; to authenticate you and keep your account secure; to respond to your requests and provide customer support; to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our Apps; to send you service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
We store data on servers located in the United States and use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. Access tokens and other sensitive data are restricted to the systems that need them to run the App.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our Apps — such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform services for us, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. When you uninstall or disconnect an App, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including your stored access token and the content we held to operate the App; we may keep a limited, anonymized record with personal data removed for internal analytics, and retain billing records where required for accounting or legal purposes. If a platform notifies us that your account was deleted or your authorization was revoked, we delete the corresponding personal data we hold. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing — for example, under the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International Data Transfers
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
